Sorry, OP, but I think this one has got me. Are different clocks made for different time zones? In this day and age I find that hard to believe but, at the moment, I'm afraid I can't think of another answer. So, I think this is one for Lidl Customer Services. My German manufactured clock, by the way, does show the correct GMT time for the UK. Unfortunately I no longer have the instructions for my clock so I can't tell you whether it's possible to change the time zone using these pins, but I suspect that it isn't. I believe these will reset the clock if pushed together by means of a small screwdriver. Looking at the back of the clock there are no buttons or other controls, except for a small hole containing a pair of small pins. It's not the Auriol one sold by Lidl, it's made by a company called Staiger. I actually have a German made radio controlled wall clock and I've just taken it down to have a look at it. (BIB) I've just been reading the manual and discovered that! Why set the time manually if it’s an RC clock? May as well just buy er. There is nothing in the instruction manual about setting the time zone -)
